Accounting assistant responsibility is to verify the accuracy of the information available in the data sheets and keep them checking and signing from the respective departments. These departments ensure that the work done on the data sheet is correct. Accounting assistant responsibility is to check all the payment processes which are based on the rental agreements, lease agreements and service contract. The major responsibility of the Accounting assistant is to make sure that inventory stock is kept safe under his belt.

- He must ensure that the datasheet which he has made is checked and sign by the officers.
- He must have the strong knowledge of the word and excel and have the basic knowledge of customizing computer based accounting software’s.
- Accounting assistant responsibility is to make a perfect contact with the general ledger and other financial applications.
- Accounting assistant responsibility is to make the invoices and other purchase orders.
- Accounting assistant responsibility is to collect all the customers’ feedback and other related information’s and make a database of it.
- He should have the knowledge of coding, journal entries and know the exact billing format.
