Franchisees are the one that absorbs the company or wanted to be part of the respected company.  They are the aspiring owners of the given company that will lead them to a better career in return.  They are the business people that are investing money through business opportunities for their better career path in the business industry.

Franchisees Job Responsibilities

• Strictly comply and perform its tasks that are in accordance to the rules, policies and regulations of the real owner.
• Follow all the necessary requirements mandated by the company.
• Know their limitations as a franchisee of the brand or of the company.
• Follow strictly the brand entity of the company.
• Pay all the necessary billings including royalty payments.
• Train their people in accordance to the mission and vision of the company.
• Abide by all the company policies and procedures.
• Respect the authorized brand and company.
• Give accurate reports required by the real owner.
