An outbound call center executive is the professional telecaller or telemarketer who is responsible for selling some product or service to the customers through telephonic calls. The outbound call center executives are not only assigned the task to sell products or services but they may be required for promotion of a product, taking feedback from customers, or for providing some information to people over telephone.
