A personal assistant is also known as a personal aide and is appointed for helping or assisting in one’s daily business or personal tasks. A personal assistant is mainly appointed for time management, scheduling meetings and for handling the social life of an individual on behalf of the individual.   • A personal assistant is responsible for  managing the office systems. This basically includes the data management and it’s filing in the office systems.
  • A personal assistant is responsible for arranging travel, get visa and accommodation for the manager they are working for. They must look into the complete travel arrangements and also be prepared to travel with their manager for the purpose of taking notes.
  • A personal assistant is responsible for attending all the phone calls and handle all the requests an inquiry appropriately.

  • A personal assistant is responsible for organizing all meetings and appointments. The timings of the meetings must be handled properly such that the manager as time to recollect the thoughts for the meeting.
  • A personal assistant should be capable of researching on any given topic and offer a balanced view to the manager when required.
  • A personal assistant responsible for dealing with the email, post and fax. On the behalf of the manager, a personal assistant must respond to all the email, post and fax.
