- Provide details of technical specifications to the clients both before and after sales takes place.
- Provide support on implementation and design issues faced by the clients by identification of the actual cause for the problem.
- Explain the technical benefits to the client and how to derive maximum benefit from the same for commercial use.
- Provide documentation for procedural problems that occur in the usage of technology products of the company to clients.
- Provide blue print and diagrams for all technology products that helps to identify the areas of issue or problems being faced by the clients.
- Provide demonstration to the clients on new technology products launched.
- Provide installation services to clients at the client location on assigned date and time agreed upon at the time of sale.
- Provide technical proposal for sales enquiries received from clients on consultation with the sales head as and when necessary.
- Providing detailed technical manual for products of the company along with including recent changes systematically.
- Ensure to provide resolution of technical issues within the turnaround time specified by the company.
- Prepare sales presentation by including all technical aspects and showcase them at various technology fairs in order to improve sales for the company.
