They are accountable for the sale of team bookings to each client through corporate and educational modes, using the ARC’s educational posts, sale of organization’s memberships and development of new customer base that hires location for private parties.

- Setting up telesales campaigns along with the market manager to promote the services that are offered at ARC to fresh clients.

– Working on tight schedules and deadlines to considerably enhance the fiscal income of ARC. This can be done by selling services at the location with a good offer.

– All the telesales campaigns are recorded and maintained.

– Maintain a detailed database of potential clients.

– To carry out training according to ARC.

– Encourage services at ARC by developing tele-scale activities.

– Notify market managers immediately if there are any client disputes or problems.

– Be a complete team member and contribute to the growth of the organization.

– They provide complete information of the group to the members in order to help in finalization of fiscal deals.

– Updating the existing customer-relationship database with the new details.
