Enterprise Management Trainee Job Responsibilities


An enterprise may refer to practice of starting new business ventures. The job of enterprise management refers to the act of getting together all the individuals or information and try to accomplish the goals set by the respective business/ company. The managers who perform this job have to be trained under an experienced superior before they start working individually. Also a manager trainee who works on a particular venture is referred to as an enterprise management trainee.

Enterprise Management Trainee Job Responsibilities

  • The enterprise manager trainee is responsible for following all the directions and/ or instructions given to him/ her by his/ her mentor.
  • The trainee in enterprise management is responsible for formulating plans and strategies which will ensure success of the project, under the supervision of his/ her mentor.
  • The trainee is required to suggest any revisions in existing plans in accordance with his/ her mentor.
  • The trainee is responsible for helping his or her mentor in managing and performing the day to day operations of the office space.
  • The trainee is responsible for interacting with the clients and follow up with them as and when needed.
  • The trainee manager is responsible for keeping the mentor informed about the progress status of the tasks assigned to him/ her.
  • The trainee is responsible for reporting to his/ her mentor and informing him on completion of the tasks that were assigned to him/ her.
  • The trainee is also required to prepare a report/ presentation of his/ her training experience.
